Super-innovator Camille A. Brown has taken social dance to a new level, creating programs that shine with exuberance, celebrating the roots of movement and creative liberation. Performing a repertory program including excerpts from Black Girl: Linguistic Play, Mr. Tol E. Rance and her latest work, ink, Camille A. Brown and Dancers celebrate the lineage of African-American rituals and traditions that have helped create Black identity.
