In 1908, 9 Black college women started the first Black sorority and changed the world. Directed by Deborah Riley Draper.
In 2002, Run&Shoot Filmworks launched the Academy Award-accredited Martha’s Vineyard African American Festival (MVAAFF.)
Now in its 20th year, the festival provides a nurturing environment for African American filmmakers and audiences in the historic summertime vacation destination.
