The concert opens with Aaron Copland's <em>Fanfare for the Common Man</em>. Trumpet Professor Brian Neal takes the spotlight in the world premiere wind ensemble arrangement of his Emmy Award&ndash\;winning <em>Concertante</em>. The evening also features <em>Atomic Time</em> by local composer James David and the bassoon concerto <em>Reliable Sources</em> by Nico Muhly\, featuring Martin Kuuskmann.
