Lamont School of Music
The Lamont School of Music students, faculty members and guest artists perform on the concert and recital hall stages of the Robert and Judi Newman Center for the Performing Arts, one of the nation’s most extraordinary campus arts centers. Audiences select from 300 concerts and events each season featuring the repertoires of orchestras, choirs, jazz ensembles, world music and operas.

Join us for the first Faculty Artists Recital Series event of the 2023-24 school year! Faculty members Ian Wisekal (oboe) and Stephanie Cheng (piano) are joined by special guest Jason Shafer (clarinet). They will perform works by Charles Loeffler, Madeleine Dring, and more.

Annie Booth is an award-winning pianist and composer and in-demand jazz educator. Peter Stoltzman has worked at the highest levels of the industry in virtually every style. They join forces to present an evening of piano duets.
