Deemed "a vocalist of unerring instinct" by The New York Times, Grammy award-winning artist Aoife O'Donovan has released three critically acclaimed and boundary-blurring solo albums including 2022's thrice Grammy-nominated album Age of Apathy praised as "stunning" (Rolling Stone). Aoife will be joined by Hawktail, a progressive bluegrass supergroup composed of bassist Paul Kowert, fiddler Brittany Haas, guitarist Jordan Tice, and mandolinist Dominick Leslie. O'Donovan's new album, All My Friends, will be released on March 22, 2024. The Denver performance on March 30 will be O'Donovan's first live performance with Hawktail.

About Aoife O'Donovan:

A savvy and generous collaborator, Aoife is one-third of the group I'm With Her with bandmates Sara Watkins and Sarah Jarosz. The trio's debut album, See You Around, was hailed as "willfully open-hearted" by NPR Music. I'm With Her earned an Americana Music Association Award in 2019 for Duo/Group of the Year, and a Grammy Award in 2020 for Best American Roots Song. O'Donovan spent the preceding decade as co-founder and frontwoman of the string band, Crooked Still and is the featured vocalist on The Goat Rodeo Sessions -- the group with Yo-Yo Ma, Stuart Duncan, Edgar Meyer, and Chris Thile. O'Donovan's upcoming new album, All My Friends, is her first self-produced album, which is a meditation on the evolving landscape of women's rights in America. O’Donovan artfully draws on speeches and letters by suffragist Carrie Chapman Catt to write intricately filigreed new, original songs infused with modern perspective and her own experiences as a woman and mother.

About Hawktail:

Acoustic quartet Hawktail released their third album Place of Growth in 2022. A journey designed for a single sitting, the new music celebrates the band's "connection through time," as well as the growing musical identities of each band member (Brittany Haas, Paul Kowert from Punch Brothers, Dominick Leslie and Jordan Tice). Hawktail brings traditional folk music into the modern era with creative ease, forging their own path in a way that embraces tradition while breathing new life into the genre. A favorite on the summer bluegrass scene, Hawktail is a regular performer at such esteemed festivals as the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.
