1. Swallow Hill - Summer Concert Series. June 4 - July 16. Four Mile Historic Park (On-going)

Swallow Hill - Summer Concert series continues until July 16! Grab chairs, pack a picnic, and join Swallow Hill Music for family-friendly evenings with tributes to your favorite musicians at Four Mile Historic Park.

 

2. Indy Eve. July 3. Civic Center Park

Celebrate Independence Day early at Indy Eve, presented by the City & County. Civic Center Conservancy is bringing back this free event featuring an awe-inspiring drone show, the return of the popular Night Market, a whimsical performance from the Circus Foundry, a family fun zone and live music from the Colorado Symphony Brass & Percussion Ensemble.

 

3. Legally Blonde - Film on the Rocks. July 7. Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Enjoy a screening of the fun and highly quotable film Legally Blonde under the stars, complete with live music and comedy. This is part of a summer series that continues from June - August.

 

4. Some Like It Hot. July 8–20 at the Buell Theatre, Denver Performing Arts Complex

Winner of 4 Tony Awards®, including Best Choreography and Best Costumes, and the Grammy Award® for Best Musical Theater Album, come see this Broadway hit. Set in Prohibition-era Chicago, Some Like it Hot features tap-dancing, razzle-dazzle, and a story of two musicians on the run from gangsters.

 

5. Colorado Black Arts Festival. July 11-13 in the City Park West neighborhood

This free annual celebration honors African American art and culture in the historic City Park West neighborhood. Enjoy live music, art shows, a marketplace and food court.

 

6. So Good! The Neil Diamond Experience. July 16 at the Paramount Theatre

A tribute concert featuring Robert Neary performing the timeless hits of Neil Diamond. Get your tickets today for a nostalgic night of Neil Diamond's famous songs.

 

7. The Sun Ra Project. July 18. Lumonics Light & Sound Gallery

The Immersive Jazz-Art Series at Lumonics, The Sun Ra Project featuring Hugh Ragin and Friends features live music composed by Sun Ra and also Original music by Hugh Ragin, a short art film, the intense, beautiful light sculptures of Dorothy and Mel Tanner and an immersive light and sound experience.

 

8. Bright Nights at Four Mile Historic Park. Opens July 23 at Four Mile Historic Park

For 10 weeks, larger-than-life sculptures will illuminate the night across 12 acres at Four Mile Historic Park. The event is a collaboration with Tianyu Arts & Culture, Inc., the largest producer of Chinese lantern festivals in North America.

 

9. Underground Music Showcase (UMS). July 25–27 in the South Broadway neighborhood

Denver’s premier indie music festival, featuring over 200 performances across 4 stages and 12 venues. Headliners include Devotchka, Flyana Boss, and All Them Witches. Come out, celebrate, and support independant musicians!

 

10. Colorado Symphony peforms Mozart. July 30. McGregor Square

Experience a summer evening of outdoor classical music from Mozart by the Colorado Symphony at McGregor Square in the LoDo area of Downtown Denver.
