Friends of Chamber Music present Michelle Cann, the recipient of the 2022 Sphinx Medal of Excellence, the highest honor bestowed by the Sphinx Organization, dedicated to the development of Black and Latino classical musicians. Her program reflects her commitment to and passionate advocacy of music by underrepresented composers.

John Denver "The Tribute"
After a sell-out crowd and roaring audience, the JOHN DENVER "The Tribute" concert is returning to the Newman Center to fill up your senses once more with an all new song list. John Adams takes the stage, leading his John Denver tribute band, which consists of top-rated professional musicians who elevate the audience experience to an unmatched performance from any tribute concert they've ever heard. Each John Denver song is performed effortlessly as audience members can relax and reminisce about an age long ago.

World Ballet Series: Cinderella
A part of the World Ballet Series, Cinderella is performed live by a multinational cast of 40 professional ballet dancers gathered to bring the most celebrated fairy tale to life. An enchanting story for all ages with a wonderful dose of humor, majesty of classical ballet and the promise of “happily ever after.” Enjoy this visually stunning production accompanied by Sergei Prokofiev’s passionate celebrated score, with over 150 hand-sewn radiant costumes, and richly detailed hand-crafted sets and sparkling choreography by Marina Kesler.
